At Connolly, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your selection is not quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received, our team will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
